MONTSEC 360º - CIRCULAR TREKKING THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS AND GORGES OF MONTSEC.

The Serra de Montsec, divided into three massifs by the Mont Rebei and Terradets gorges, is an elongated system of mountains in the Pre-Pyrenees of Catalonia that separate the counties of Pallars Jussà and La Noguera. The privileged location of Montsec gives you exceptional panoramic views over the Pyrenees and Inland Catalonia.

It is an ideal place to walk in autumn, spring and winter. A place where vertical and immense parts of rock are mixed with soft ridges and dry, dry earth. We will visit places such as the villages of Àger, Corçà, Alsamora and Sant Esteve de la Sarga, the Mont Rebei Gorge, the Terradets Gorge, the depopulated Rúbies and the highest peaks of the Sierras, the Tossal de la Torreta with 1,677 m.

We present a 3-day circular trek, which offers us the chance to discover the essential places of the Montsec mountains and their dizzying gorges.
