Formentera is one of the Pitiusas Islands with an area of 83.2 km², it is the smallest inhabited island in the Balearic. The island has an elongated shape from east to west, formed by two headlands at each end and a long, narrow strip of land that joins them.
La Mola and Cap de Barbaria, or Pla del Rei, are the two flat massifs that rise sharply over the sea, forming cliffs of more than 100 m practically vertically. The maximum altitude of the island is 195 meters in Sa Talaiassa de la Mola.
A magical place, with paradisiacal beaches, a first-class tourist destination in summer when the island is overcrowded, we have a very good alternative to walk during the winter, late autumn or early spring and discover a different, intimate, quiet island , leisurely, an ancestral island, as before the tourism boom ... Formentera and Zen.
We present this circular trekking where we will go almost all the time by the sea, next to the blue. We will discover the lighthouses, the mainstays of the island, the most hidden beaches. A gift for the legs, for the body, for the heart, for the senses.
